Ingredients:
● 1 pinch of salt
● 1 pinch of black, ground pepper
● 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
● 5.2 oz. pancetta
● 1 clove of garlic, finely diced
● 3 large egg yolks
● ¾ cups of boiling, salted water that the pasta has cooked in
● ⅓ cup of parmesan, grated
